Misleading graphs

A misleading graph, also known as a distorted graph, is a graph that misrepresents data, resulting in a misuse of statistics and the possibility of drawing an inaccurate conclusion from it. Excessively complicated or badly produced graphs might be deceiving. Even when graphs are designed to appropriately reflect the qualities of their data, they might be subject to conflicting interpretations, or undesired types of data can be produced erroneously. Misleading graphs can be made on purpose to obstruct appropriate data interpretation, or by accident owing to a lack of knowledge with graphing tools, data misunderstanding, or data that cannot be accurately conveyed. False advertising frequently use misleading graphs.
